Join Onelife for seven months of training, coaching and discipleship.

The Onelife Certificate is an opportunity to invest in your own leadership and grow in your capacity to raise up the next generation to lead. Whether you’re in paid or voluntary youth ministry, or work with young people in a different capacity, this course is for you.

You’ll encounter Jesus and invite him to transform your leadership capacity. You’ll grow your leadership skillset, especially in the area of raising up young people to lead for themselves. And you’ll connect with others on the same journey, cheering one another on.

Journey through seven teaching modules focused on practical application and personal leadership growth. Four sessions are delivered online and three are in-person.

Move forward

Benefit from four one-to-one professional coaching sessions with a dedicated coach who will unlock your thinking and help you move forward in your own leadership.

You’ll also work through a 720° feedback process, drawing on reflections from your personal and professional life.

Go deeper

Engage with a small group of others on the course for regular Process Groups — a space to ask questions and get into the detail of how to apply your learning in your leadership context.

You’ll also be able to apply your learning in a first-hand context through the Onelife Conference and Youth Worker Gathering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Onelife Certificate for?

The Onelife Certificate is primarily aimed at youth workers. However we recognise that there are many other contexts where you may be regularly engaging with young people and in a position to inspire them to lead. So whether or not you’re in church ministry, whether or not you’re paid or voluntary, the Certificate is for anyone who wants to invest in their own leadership journey so that they can raise up the next generation of leaders.

Is the Onelife Certificate online or in person?

The residential weekend at the beginning of the course and the graduation at the end will both be in-person, along with our teaching session in March. Our other monthly teaching calls, coaching calls and process groups will be hosted online. The Onelife Conference (October) and Onelife Gathering (June) are also in-person.

Can I apply for the Onelife Certificate from outside the UK?

Absolutely. While the in-person aspects of the course are held in the UK, most of your learning will be online. If you are based outside the UK, send an email to info@onelifeleaders.com for a further conversation.

How much does it cost?

The course fees for 2027 are £995 per person if booked before 30 September. From 1 October, fees are £1,195.
