School of Leadership 2026

The School of Leadership is a five-day programme for 18–25-year-olds who want to grow as followers of Jesus, develop in character and catch a vision for how God might want to use them to lead and impact the world around them.

Set in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, the week will cover topics like communication, self-awareness, dealing with conflict and healthy relationships, all within the context of worship and community.

It’s a mixture of spiritual formation, character development and practical leadership tools that you will be able to pick up and use as you learn how to lead yourself and those around you.

During the week, you’ll meet other young leaders, growing together over food, games and opportunities to dive in and unpack what is being taught in the sessions. These friendships that are built will then create a network that extends across the UK and beyond that will continue to encourage you as put what you’ve learnt into practice.
