We\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">only get to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">see the results 3 months after they\u2019ve been submitted and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">use them to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">compare ourselves to organisations that might be nothing like us or<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0tell us how we\u2019re doing on our journey. And<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0for good measure<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0we can pay hundreds of thousands of pounds for this privilege.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Madness?\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Most definitely.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0A<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nd yet today most large companies do\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">just\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">this every year without fail.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Not anymore.
