You\u2019d be surprised!\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Emotion as well as facts<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Every company has a tone of voice. Not every company manages it to be consistent and to act as a guide for better\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">internal\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">communication.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">That\u2019s what we aim to achieve with\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">our tone of voice programme<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: a consistent and inspiri<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ng tone of voice across all\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">internal communications<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0at your company<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If we\u2019re really honest\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">with you, many companies<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0existing tone of voice has little of the \u201cwow!\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">they<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0aspire to as a\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Company<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">My experience<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0is that w<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hen they<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0write to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">internal audiences<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, they<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0seem to adopt a diff<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">erent personality, becoming<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">more\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">formal,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">somewhat\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bland and impersonal.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">They<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0lose human warmth and emotion.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We\u2019re<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">determined<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to change that.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And i<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">n particular we<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ve drawn<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0inspiration, the spark you might say, from<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0helping c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ompany<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0as diverse as Allied Irish bank to Heineken, harness their<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">vision,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">purp<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ose and behaviours to shape their\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tone of voice<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and internal storytelling<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0begin\u2026<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2026with\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">y<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">our\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Company<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019s purpose.
