The<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0topics\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">can range from a company\u2019s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0culture to the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">company\u2019s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0results.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Simplicity is key! That\u2019s why I get a little warm glow every time a prospective or existing client\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">comments<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0on the simplicity of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Inpulse<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. We want to make it easy and pain-free to set up and run pulse surveys. We limit the questions to 12 (before you think that is too few, you should know clients rarely use all 12) to make the survey targeted, quick and provide usable data that people do something with, rather than the usual data overload. Below I\u2019ve captured some of the main benefits of a pulse survey \u2013 if you\u2019re not using them yet then it\u2019s time to get in the game!\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">By<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0targeting the survey and having focused questions<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0participants can fill out the survey i<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">n less than 2mins.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">The\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">response<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0provide<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0a fantastic snapshot into how people are\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">feeling, why and other insights<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0based on the context of the survey e.g. values, employee experience etc. For some of our clients who have lots of people on the \u2018shop floor\u2019 or in factories\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">or out on building sites\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">we know t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ime is money, so\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">by saving time we help save money which is good for business performance!\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">It also means that the information they<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">re collecting is timely to the topic(s) being covered in the questions. Rather than collecting a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0oceans worth of data that people then drown in<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0trying to understand, our approach is more like having a test tube of data that can be\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">analysed<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and actioned very quickly!\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">It also means more effective targeting of what needs to be done as the survey is not\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">river of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">endless results but a few key answers to one or two\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">focused\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">topics.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">As\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Inpulse<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0results are transparent, it can help develop a culture of trust and openness as teams communicate and discuss openly and freely the results in real-time, rather than the usual \u2018my manager has the results and has seen them before me\u2019 approach.
