HR\u00a0<\/span>remains<\/span>\u00a0the lowest ranked user of metrics and analytics in the corporate world.\u00a0<\/span>Although<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019m pleased to report<\/span>\u00a0this trend is now changing,<\/span>\u00a0you may recall<\/span>\u00a0Josh\u00a0<\/span>Bersin<\/span>\u00a0talk<\/span>ing<\/span>\u00a0about\u00a0<\/span>the arrival of the \u2018geeks\u2019 in HR<\/span><\/a>\u00a0back in 2015.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But the truth is Peopl<\/span>e A<\/span>nalytics in HR is right at the beginning. CIPD CEO<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0Peter Cheese<\/span>, identified People A<\/span>nalytics and HR data\u00a0<\/span>as key themes for HR<\/span>, stating that the focus must be on \u201canalytics, better numbers and being able to better measure what is really happening in\u00a0<\/span>organisations<\/span>\u00a0around human capital\u201d.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sounds pretty sensible, right<\/span>?   2. D<\/span>ata relating to<\/span>leadership \u2013 are your employees motivated by the way your leaders communicate the company vision or purpose? Do your people have confidence in their leaders?<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Data relating to role \u2013 can your employees see how their work contributes to the goals of the company? Do they know what they need to do to be<\/span>successful<\/span>in their role?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
