style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>TI Media (formerly Time Inc UK) is a leading UK publisher with a strong portfolio of brands.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company had to adapt to change as people started consuming media differently, this meant cutting costs and implementing new ways of working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowing this could impact employee engagement we worked with TI Media to help them deliver quarterly engagement surveys followed by monthly pulse surveys to understand how employees were feeling in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In less than two years TI Media changed locations, introduced agile working and rationalised its portfolio of brands with no damage to employee engagement and company culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their people now expect transparency and leader-led conversations are at the heart of how they communicate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column stats is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h2
