We also helped them deep dive into areas such as leadership to expose areas in need of attention\/support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dominant emotions shifted from \u2018curious and hopeful\u2019 at the start of the process to \u2018motivated and hopeful\u2019, with a significant decline in employee anxiety and an emergence of employee confidence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column stats
